-       Name of connected institution: Vinalink

-       Administrative violation of the Company: the Company violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market. Namely, from 11/01/2012 to 18/01/2012, the Company sold 30,000 shares of VNF while the news from HNX allowed the transaction from 18/01/2012. Thus, the Company traded before the permitted day.

-       Fine for this violation: VND40,000,000

-       Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, Vinalink is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.

-       Within 90 days since the reception of this Decision, Vinalink can appeal the decision as regulated by law.

-       Effective date of this decision: 19/06/2012. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to Vinalink and the Hanoi State Treasury.
