THV: Change in Auditor for Fiscal year 2012
Thai Hoa Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company announces change in Auditor for Fiscal year 2012 as follows:
On 16/05/2012, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders selected International Auditing and Financial Consulting Company Ltd. (IFC) as Auditor for Fiscal year 2012. However, the cost of auditing of IFC is higher than estimate, so TDK Thang Long Auditing & Consulting Company is selected as auditor in replace IFC for 2012.
