SMC: SMC signs cooperation agreement with Hanwa Corp

On July 24, 2012, SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company officially signed a cooperation agreement with Hanwa Corp. in field of steel and coil center in Vietnam market. In June 2012, Hanwa Corp. bought 5 percent of outstanding shares of SMC and became a major shareholder of SMC.
