SBT: Information on Capital Withdrawal from Bourbon An Hoa

On May 18, 2012, the Board of Directors of Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh approved a policy that SBT would withdraw capital from Bourbon An Hoa. Therefore, the Senior Management tried to find a suitable investor to transfer stake. Until now, all stake of SBT in Bourbon An Hoa, including 24,500,000 shares or VND245 billion, was agreed in principle to transfer a partner professional in the infrastructure industry.
