OGC: Resolution on the dividend payment 2011

Ocean Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment 2011 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: July 16, 2012

-         Payment date: July 30, 2012

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ocean Group Joint Stock Company, 04 Lang Ha, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi (on working days) from July 30, 2012 and please submit ID.

-         This resolution takes effect from July 02, 2012.
