Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company has signed an audit contract with EASTERN ASIA AUDITING COMPANY LIMITED. Therefore, EASTERN ASIA AUDITING COMPANY LIMITED will audit semi-annual and annual financial statements of Lao Cai Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company in 2012.
