KSD: Information on Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy Duties
On 31/05/2012, South East Asia Hamico Export JSC (KSD) received preliminary decision of U.S Department of Commerce (DOC) on anti-subsidy duties to steel clothes hangers imported from Vietnam in general and for KSD’s products in particular as below:
Under the DOC’s preliminary decision on May 29, 2012, anti-subsidy duties for steel clothes hangers imported from Vietnam is 11.04-26.25%, KSD’s products (HS 7326.20.0020 and 7323.99.9080) will suffers duty rate of 21.25%. The final decision is scheduled on Oct 9, 2012.
Based on DOC’s final decision on Oct 9, the International Trade Court (ITC) plans to decide the official decision on Nov 23, 2012 and on Nov 30, 2012this official decision will be applied.
The anti-dumping duty for steel cloth hangers originated from Vietnam is planned to pass in 2012.
