HU1: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2.2012

HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company explained business results in Quarter 2.2012 beside Quarter 2.2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2.2012 was 2,731,977,982 dongs equal to 18.36% of Quarter 2.2011 (profit after tax in Quarter 2.2011 was 14,879,022,607 dongs).

Reason:

-         In Quarter 2.2012, trading real estate at adjacent houses projects lot LK36,39,40,42, Villa of lot BT15 of new urban projects in Van Canh, Ha Noi, low-rise housing projects of lot LF2,3,4 of new urban projects in Dong Son, Thanh Hoa were slow becasue the property market froze. Therefore, revenue from sales and services in Quarter 2.2012 only was 66,861,022,463 dongs equal to 22.33% compared to Quarter 2.2011.So the Company’s profit after tax decreased sharply.
