-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 2,000,000 shares.

-         Bought volume: 1,071,680 shares.

-         Number of treasury shares after trading: 3,799,212 shares.

-         Trading period: from April 25, 2012 to July 25, 2012.

-         Trading method: order-matching and put-through.

-         Financial resource: from capital surplus until September 30,2011

-         Reason of incomplete transaction: the price was not in the trader’s expectation
