HBC: HBC wins three bids for construction projects
Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has received winning bid notices for three construction projects worth VND420 billion:
- Industrial construction project: Esquel Garment Manufacturing Factory in Luong Son Industrial Zone, Hoa Binh province. The factory is invested by Esquel Garment Manufacturing (VN) Co., Ltd. HBC is the contractor responsible for the entire factory: architecture, structure, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems. The project is worth more than VND180 billion, will be started in mid July 2012 and finished in late February 2013. - Civil project: MIPEC Riverside Luxury Building in Long Bien District, Hanoi. HBC will build the basement of the building. The contract is valued approx VND80 billion. - Hotel project: Hilton Hotel in Danang city. HBC is responsible for construction of foundation, basement, with a contract value of VND163 billion. - Therefore, from the beginning of the year to the present, total value of new construction contracts was more than VND2,000 billion.
