On July 16, 2012 HOSE had Decision No.95/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the exchange:

• Additional volume: 3,639,032 shares
• Total additional value (based on par value): VND36,390,320,000.
• Effective date of the listing license: July 18, 2012.
