CMG: Announcement of designating CMG

On July 11, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.647/2012 /TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of CMC CORPORATION (stock code: CMG) as a designated stock.

- Stock CMG of CMC CORPORATION has been designated as of July 13, 2012 according to Decision No.94/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated July 11, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-  Reason: According to Point 1.1.b - Article 19a of Article 1 of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated 04/17/2009 amending Article 19 - Clause II - Appendix 2 of Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has a loss after tax of –VND101.02 billion .
