BMC: Resolution of the BOD

Nam Viet Corporation announces the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1:

-         The Board of Directors approved for the payment for the first 2012 dividend in cash: 20%/ charter capital (123,926,300,000 dongs) or dividend payment: 24,785,260,000 dongs.

-         Source of dividends: undistributed profit after tax of the first 06 months of 2012.

Article 2: The Board of Directors  unanimously approved.
