Profit after tax in Quarter I/2012 was only VND10,409,200,912 decreasing VND4,162,551,731 (or -28.57%) compared to Quarter I/2011 because of the following reasons:
BCE’s business activities are mainly in construction of civil, industrial, transport works and real estate business, so incomes are often recorded in Quarter III and Quarter IV every year. Besides, property market has been quiet, products have been sold slowly, so BCE’s’ net revenue in Quarter I/2012 decreased.
