AGR: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2/2012

AGRIBANK Securities Joint-Stock Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 2/2012:

-         Profit before tax in Quarter 2/2012 decreased compared to the same period of 2011 because revenue and expense decreased:

+        Revenue from business activities decreased VND61.6 billion or down 20% mainly because revenue from financial went down.

+        Expenses decreased VND41.7 billion or down 16% mainly because financial expense went down.

+        Profit before tax in Quarter 2/2012 decreased VND19.5 billion (-44%): because revenue decreased more high than expense. Therefore, Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 decreased VND4.7 billion (-18%)
