VNL: Vinalink finishes stake transfer in Hapag Lloyd Vietnam

In March 2012, Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (VINALINK) announced a capital withdrawal from Hapag-Lloyd (Vietnam). Now, Vinalink finished transferring all stake in joint venture Hapag-Lloyd (Vietnam). Therefore, Hapag-Lloyd (Vietnam) became a one-member limited company.
