VIC: Vinpearl to set up subsidiaries

On June 19, 2012, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to allow Vinpearl Co., Ltd. to contribute capital to establish subsidiaries:

1. Names of subsidiaries of Vinpearl Co., Ltd.:

- Cam Ranh Tourism and Trading JSC

- Hon Tre Tourism and Service JSC

- Bai Dai Investment and Tourism JSC

2. Head office: Hon Tre island, Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, Viet Nam.

3. Charter capital: VND6 billion

4. Ratio of capital contribution:  

Vinpearl Co., Ltd. will invest VND5.4 billion or 90% stake in each subsidiary.
