TV1: The BOD’s resolution of the record date for payment for the 2011 dividend
Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 has announced the BOD’s resolution of the record date for payment for the 2011 stock dividend dated May 30, 2012 as follows:
Article 1: Approving the record date for payment for the 2011 stock dividend (15%) according to Decision of the AGM 2012 No.01/2012/QD-DHDCD dated April 27, 2012.Article 2: Approving the record date for payment for the 2011 stock dividend profiles to hand in Viet Nam Securities Despository, HOSE and announce to State securities commission.Article 3: The resolution is valid as from May 30, 2012.
