SPM: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholder:

-         Sacombank, bought 1,041,500 SMA shares on March 05, 2012 has become a major shareholder but was late in reporting the change in the ownership ratio of a major shareholder.
