PXL: PXL delays the 2012 Annual General Meeting

Petrovietnam – Idico Long Son Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the second annual general meeting 2012 as follows:

-         On June 01, 2012, the company held the second annual general meeting. Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 51%.Therefore, the company decided as follows:

-         Delaying the second annual shareholders’ meeting 2012 and holding the third meeting as follows:

+        Meeting date     : 13:30 p.m. June 16, 2012

+        Meeting venue   : The Coast Hotel, 300A Phan Chu Trinh Street, Ward 2, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
