KSS: KSS reminded about late disclosure

On May 09, 2012, HOSE issued announcement No. 911/2012/SGDHCM-TB to remind Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company about late disclosure the Quarter 4.2011 consolidated financial statements and the 2011 audited financial statements.

-         On May 04, 2012, the HOSE received the Quarter 4.2011 consolidated financial statements by Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company. Unit May 08, 2012 the HOSE has not received the 2011 audited financial statements. Thus, Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.
