HSG: Resolution on the dividend payment No.2/2012

Hoa sen Group announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 22, 2012 for the dividend payment No.2/2012 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: June 29, 2012

-         Payment date: July 12, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from June 15, 2012.
