CNG: Violations of information disclosure of inside shareholders

The following are violations of information disclosure requirement of inside shareholders:

-         Mr. Ngo An Hoa, Head of the Board of Supervisors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (CNG), was late in reporting the trading result of CNG stock after registering to trade on March 22, 2012.

-         Mr. Dang Quoc Vuong, Member of the Board of Supervisors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (CNG), was late in reporting the trading result of CNG stock after registering to trade on April 09, 2012.
