ASM: Explanation for plummeting to floor prices

Sao Mai Construction Corporation explained reasons making its stock plummet to floor prices for five consecutive trading sessions from May 11, 2012 to May 18, 2012 as follows:

-         The trading of ASM stock was due to the supply and demand on the securities market, out of the control of the company.

-         The company has operated as normal.
