Apartments in HCM City priced at 200m dong/m2
Information from some real estate trading floors in HCM City said that apartments at high prices are mainly in projects in district 1, ranging around 210 million dong/m2 or $10,000/m2.
According to brokers, an apartment project located opposite Bach Dang wharf is expected to sell at over $10,000/m2 (about 210 million dong/m2). Meanwhile, at Saigon One Tower complex building project-located at the intersection Ham Nghi-Ton Duc Thang, in district 1, some sources said that the apartment with an area of 127 m2 has price of $7,500/m2 or 150 million dong/m2. The 41-storey project with three basements and six floors for trade centre will provide 40,000 m2 of space area for office and 133 high-class apartments. Apartments at Vincom centre building in Le Thanh Ton street is also offering in the secondary market at the price of 167-187 million dong/m2, including penthouse with an area of 173 m3 being sold at the price of 43.6 billion dong.
