Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

-         Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

-         Stock symbol: VNM

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 330,070 shares

-         Volume registered to buy back: 19,360 shares.

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from the employees who left the Company.

-         Capital: surplus capital and undistributtion profit.

-         Trading method: put through.

-         Trading period: from May 28, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
