According Resolution of the Annual General Meeting dated March 25, 2012 by the CEO of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company announced as follows:

-         Approving the adjusting the company’s regulation.

-         Change of member of the BOD:

+         Approving the resignation Mr. Nguyen Minh Giang from the positions of a member of the Board of Directors.

+         Appointing Mr. Do Linh Phuong as a member of the Board of Directors.
