According to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 18, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Resolution No. 05/2012/NQ-HDQT dated April 19, 2012 of the BOD, Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) announced as follows:

-         The BOD term 2012 – 2016:

1. Mr Pham Huu Phu - Chairman of the Board of Directors

2. Mr Nguyen Mien Tuan - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

3. Mr. Nguyen Thuc Vinh - Member of the Board of Directors

4. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu - Member of the Board of Directors

5. Ms. Nguyen Nu Tuong Oanh - Member of the Board of Directors
