TNT: Violation of information disclosure of inside shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of inside shareholder:

-         Mr. Nguyen Gia Long – is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tai Nguyen Corporation (TNT) Sold 290,610 TNT shares on March 27, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.

-         Mr. Nguyen Ba Huan – is a Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO  of Tai Nguyen Corporation (TNT) Sold 80,000 TNT shares on April 06, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading
