According to Resolution No.04/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 27, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company (stock code: SEC) announced the information as follows:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has replaced Mr. Cap Thanh Dung, CEO, will be legal representative of SEC.
