PXL: Result of the 1st Annual General Meeting of 2012

The Board of Directors of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (PVC – IDICO) organized the 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 13:30, May 11, 2012. However, the number of shareholders attending the AGM was lower than 65% of voting shares. Therefore, the 2012 AGM of PVC – IDICO was not eligible to be conducted
