ORS: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.03/2012/NQ-HDQT dated May 3, 2012 of the BOD, Orient Securities Corporation (ORS) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen from Chairman of the Board of Directors and appointing Mr. Pham Linh, Deputy CEO of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, replaced Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ORS as from May 4, 2012.
