- Total Expensens: VND 93,605,882,126

- Profit before tax: VND 5,682,186,419

- Profit after tax: VND 4,639,035,196

- Averages income: VND 4,170,000

2. Report from Supervisory board 2011
3. Profit distribution 2011:

- Reserve fund to supplement Charter Capital: VND 182,573,593

- Reward fund: VND 173,444,913

- Bonus for management board: VND 98,863,600

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board: VND 35,880,000

4. Operating plan 2012

- Revenue: VND 101,484,000,000

- Expenses: VND 93,496,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 7,988,747,000

- Profit after tax: VND 6,567,000,000

- Investment: VND 27,800,000,000

5. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012: VND 35,880,000
6. Plan to increase Charter Capital up to VND 30,088,160,000
