Lao-Viet Bank HCMC Branch’s revised charter capital approved
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No 868/QD-NHNN on May 3 to approve the revised charter capital of the Lao-Viet Bank Ho Chi Minh City Branch (HCMC Branch).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor approved the revision of Article 1 of the Lao-Viet Bank HCMC Branch’s License No.08/NHNN-GP dated April 14, 2003 to bring its charter capital up to USD 15 million.
The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 08/NHNN-GP.
