KSA: Personnel Change

According to Resolution dated May 18, 2012 the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSA) announced the personnel change of the Board of Directors as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. H.E Rat Sokhorn from Member of the Board of Directors and appointing Mr. You Shen Sen to replace Mr. H.E Rat Sokhorn in term (2009 – 2013).

-         New list of the Board of Directors as follows:

+       Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Chairman of the Board of Directors.

+       Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong - Member of the Board of Directors.

+       Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh - Member of the Board of Directors.

+       Mr. Vu Tuan Hung - Member of the Board of Directors.

+       Mr. You Shen Sen - Member of the Board of Directors.
