JVC: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of major shareholder:

-         Vietnam Holding Limited, a major shareholder of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (JVC), the owning ratio changed from 6.15%  to 4.62% and has not a major shareholder of (JVC), but was late in reporting the change in the ownership ratio of a major shareholder.
