ITC: Intresco withdraws capital from Hai Au Concrete JSC

Until May 11, 2012, Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (INTRESCO) finished procedures to withdraw all contributed capital (40.51%/charter capital) in Hai Au Concrete Joint Stock Company, according to Resolution No.06/NQ-HDQT dated May 02, 2012 by the Board of Directors of Investment and Trading of Real Estate JSC.
