HPG transfers shares in Hoa Phat Door

On May 11, 2012, the Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: HPG) approved a share transfer plan. Accordingly, Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company will transfer its entire stake in Hoa Phat Door Joint Stock Company:

1. Hoa Phat Group’s ownership in Hoa Phat Door Joint Stock Company before transfer: 60%.
2. Hoa Phat Group’s ownership in Hoa Phat Door Joint Stock Company after transfer: 0%.
