Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second dividend payment of 2011 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 6%/par value (VND600 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: estimated on June 08, 2012

-         Payment date: estimated on June 27, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from May 24, 2012.
