On April 25, 2012, PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: GAS) issued Resolution No.56/NQ-KVN to announce the cash dividend payment of 2011 as follows

- Ex-right date: May 15, 2012.

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND 1.200/ share).

- Payment date: Quarter II/2012.
