DHG: DHG reminded about late disclosure

On May 25, 2012, HOSE issued announcement No.1026/2012/SGDHCM-NY to reminded Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company about late disclosure of Board resolution on the second dividend payment of 2011.

   According to the resolution of the Board of Directors No.004/NQ.HDQT date May 21, 2012 of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, the Board of Directors approved to pay the second dividend payment of 2011. But, until May 25, 2012, HOSE just received the resolution of the Board of Directors.

   Therefore, HOSE would like to remind and ask the company to disclosure information as regulated.
