CSM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of affiliated person:

-         Mr. Le Thanh Lan (is brother of Ms. Le Thi Hoang - Head of the Board of Supervisors) of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA), bought 3,000 CSM shares on May 09, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
