On May 4, 2012, the BOD of Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company (stock code: CMT) issued Resolution No.02/2012/NQ-CMT to announce the personnel change as follows

- Mr. Do Trong Trung would not hold the position of Chief Accountant as from May 4, 2012.

- Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa as Chief Accountant as from May 4, 2012.
