CAD: Announcement of delisting stock

On May 04, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.467/2012/TB-SGDHCM on the delisting of stock of Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export & Processing Joint Stock Company (stock code: CAD)

1. Number of shares delisted : 8,799,927 shares
2. Total value : VND87,999,270,000.
3. Effective delisting date : June 04, 2012
4. Last trading date : June 01, 2012

The stock of Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export & Processing JSC is delisted under Decision No.66/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated May 04, 2012.

Reason: Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export & Processing JSC had losses after tax in three consecutive years. According to its audited financial statements, CAD’s loss after tax in 2009 was VND3.04 billion, in 2010 was VND32.37 billion and in 2011 was VND324.78 billion; and CAD’s owner equity on December 31, 2011 was -VND184.16 billion.
