Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

2. Number of treasury shares before trading: 312,230 shares (include 14,220 shares are withdrew from employees who retired)
3. Number of shares registered to buy back: 11,630 shares
4. Trading period: From April 30, 2012 to May 30, 2012
5. Trading method: Put through
6. Purpose: To buy back shares from employees who retired
