TPC: Reports attached to Board Resolution No.2

Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company announced reports attached to Board Resolution No.02/NQ.HDQT.2012 dated March 23, 2012:

Report on Dividend 2011:

-         Dividend rate of the year 2011: 20% (VND2,000/share).

-         Total outstanding shares (Not including 3,161,640 shares) paid dividends in 2011: 21,268,956 shares.

-         Total the 2011 dividends paid: VND42,537,912,000.

-         Payment period: From May 15, 2012 to June 30, 2012. 

Report on withdrawing capital from two companies:

-        The Board of Directors will submit a plan for withdrawing capital from two companies (Dai Hung Thinh JSC and DHP JSC) to the General Meeting of Shareholders.

-        Approval for withdrawing all investment in the following companies:

-        Dai Hung Thinh JSC (plastic materials): VND17.5 billion

-        DHP JSC (plastic recovery): VND1.5 billion.

-        Reason: To restructure investment, no time constrain because of the regulation that Tan Dai Hung Plastic JSC must have the audited financial statements of the companies invested by Tan Dai Hung Plastic JSC when Tan Dai Hung Plastic JSC is audited in the ending of a year.
