SDB: Explanation for negative profit in 2011

 Song Da 207 Joint Stock Company explained the negative profit in 2011 as follows:

 -Decrease in revenue: Due to difficulties of real estate, investors were unable to mobilize capital for projects. Therefore, building activities of the Company meets many difficulties, which made revenue decreased by 44.42%, equivalent to VND 197.3 billion.
-Increase in financial expenses: Because the Company paid in advance for building projects, financial expenses increased by 144.02%, equivalent to VND 18.9 billion.
