- Development plan in period 2012-2016

- Report from the BOD 2011

- Report from the Supervisory board 2011

- Select an auditor for financial year 2012

- Change in company’s policy

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2011 and plan in 2012

- The new BOD and Supervisory board 201-2016
