1. Meeting date: 13:30 p.m. April 25, 2012
2. Meeting venue: Meeting Room of Legend Hotel, 2A-4A Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
3. Contents of the meeting:
4. Report of audited financial statements in 2011;
5. Report of funds, profit distribution and dividend in 2011;
6. Report of salary, remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2011 and  plan for 2012;
7. Report of the Board of Directors on activities in 2011 and plan for 2012;
8. Report of the Board of Supervisors on activities in 2011 and plan for 2012;
9. Report is expected to produce business plans, funds, profit distribution and dividend for 2012; choosing an auditing company for fiscal year 2012;
10. Consulting shareholders about adjustments in the Articles;
11. Consulting shareholders about change of the Member of the Board of Directors;
12. Electing of the Board of Directors the Supervisory Board for year 2012 – 2017.
