Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 26, 2012:
1. The Board of Directors approved the business results 2011 and the settlement reports:
- Revenue: VND184,368,000,000
- Depreciation: VND14,284,000,000
- Profit before tax: VND14,621,133,722
- Profit after tax: VND11,416,749,019
2. The Board of Directors approved the business plan 2012:
- Revenue: VND188,723,000,000
- Depreciation: VND14,284,000,000
- Wage fund:
+ Wage unit: VND 171/VND 1,000 of revenue
+ Wage fund: VND 171/VND 1,000 x VND 200,379,727,270 = VND 34,264,933,363
- Profit before tax: VND 20,000,000,000
- Dividend: 15%
3. The Board of Directors approved the provision for bad debts and raw material shortage management as follows:
- Provision for bad debts: VND 3,409,776,323
- Raw material shortage management: VND 879,529,398
4. The Board of Directors approved the wage of Deputy CEO and the Chief Accountant:
- Deputy CEO: VND 25,000,000/month
- Chief Accountant: VND 24,000,000/month
5. The Board of Directors approved the appointment Mr. Ho Khac Phuc – Mining Engineers to Director of Hiep Thinh Phat One Member Co. Ltd
6.The Board of Directors approved the contents of the annual general meeting 2012 as follows:
- The 2011 distribution profit
- The business plan of 2012 and wage fund 2012.
- Remuneration of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors in 2012
- Choosing an auditing firm 2012.
- Mr. Nguyen An Thai as the CEO.
